Shipping & Handling

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all UK orders. We ship WORLDWIDE from the UK with the exception of some countries* (please see below) and all of our international orders are subject to a flat rate of £15 per order.

Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times. All orders are sent via UK royal mail and are fully trackable. It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery.

For UK orders, please allow 2-5 working days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. For EU orders, please allow up to 5 additional business days for shipping. For USA and Canada orders, please allow up to 7 additional business days for shipping. For international orders, please allow up to 10 additional business days for shipping. Note that we aim to exceed these timeframes significantly, but many aspects of shipping are out of our control.

Please note that due to Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee shipping timeframes. We do not provide refunds due to shipping exceptions/delays.


*We currently are not shipping to Afghanistan, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Taiwan and Yemen.

Unfortunately, the bolded countries have been recently addressed to the list due to the COVID-19 restrictions. We will let you know of any updates ASAP!

Please Note: All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Orman need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

If you are ordering within the United Kingdom, it is very unlikely that your order will incur duties and taxes, especially if it's under £100. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. International customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout.

What currency is used at the VEBEAUT website?

All orders at VEBEAUT are processed in GBP.

For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However this for an indication only, Vebeaut process all orders in GBP. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using GBP at the most current exchange rate.

This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement.

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?

If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled.
